Logo Design Guru.com offers a money-back guarantee on all non-guaranteed design contests. If you are not satisfied and your project is not guaranteed, you may request a refund of your prize money if you received less than 30 concepts. If you received more than 30 concepts at a non-guaranteed project, you may request a refund of your prize money. However, we will deduct $50 from prize amount to reward the top designer and remaining prize amount will be refunded.

You do not qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee if you have a guaranteed project.

You can receive a custom design in 5 easy steps. Here is how:

1.                                 i.            Start a project at Logo Design Guru, and choose which graphic design service you need.
2.                               ii.            Name your own price. You can choose how much you‘re willing to pay for your new design. Choose from one of our packages, or start a custom package. [Prices typically start at $199].
3.                             iii.            Fill out the creative brief. This is where you tell our design community what you need. The creative brief is used by our designers as a guide. It asks a series of questions to gather the information used to create your unique designs.
4.                             iv.            Give feedback to designers. Once the designers begin to submit design concepts to your project, provide them with feedback so they can better understand your requirements and expectations.
5.                               v.            Pick a winner! Once your design contest has ended, pick the design you like best as your winner. Once we verify that the proper files have been sent by the designer, we will forward them to you, and you will also receive full rights to the design.
